About Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board
The Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) was established by Edict No. 5, which was later changed to No. 8 of May 2009, with the primary goal of providing Free and Compulsory Basic Education.
The Universal Basic Education (UBE) Act, which was passed into Law in 2004, was adopted by Kaduna State in 2005. Since then, a lot of contributions have been made, and many successes have been attained. The primary organization responsible for delivering basic education in Kaduna State, the Universal Basic Education Board (KDSUBEB), has a vision, mission, core principles, and benchmarks.

Kaduna SUBEB Application Requirement 2024
This component must be treated with great importance. You must hold the following before you may apply for the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board:
- Candidates must have earned five (5) O’level credit passes—including math and English language—in a single sitting.
- Candidates must be in possession of NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. certificates.
- Applicant cannot be younger than 22 years of age.
- The candidate must be open to being assigned to any local government within the state.
- The applicant must be in good physical and mental health.
