Almost 79,000 people applied for the Fellowship, and over 1,140 persons finished the two-year program. Our Fellows come from a wide range of backgrounds, fields, and age groups, representing over 128 different colleges and universities.
The young graduate pathway is an entry point into the Teach For Nigeria Fellowship program in which highly motivated young graduates and mid-level professionals from a variety of academic backgrounds are recruited through a rigorous selection process that evaluates their leadership, commitment, critical thinking, and creativity, among other competencies.

Basic Requirements For The 2024 Teach for Nigeria Recruitment

- Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Obtain a minimum second class (lower division)
- Must have completed NYSC on or before July 2024

- Not more than 35 years old at the time of application
