NDLEA Latest News on Recruitment 2024 Latest News About NDLEA Recruitment Today: More information about the NDLEA latest news on suspended recruitment will be discussed below.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has informed candidates interested in applying in the ongoing recruitment process that its portal has been improved to allow for seamless application.
The agency’s spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, told Blueprint exclusively on Tuesday that potential applicants should attempt off-peak hours when online traffic is lower.
“We’ve upgraded the system, and since our last public statement on it, we’ve seen improvements that have resulted in nearly half a million users on the portal and over 110,000 applications completed and submitted,” he said.
“Those who are still having problems should try off-peak hours when traffic is lighter.” Others who are over the required age range may have difficulty submitting and are among those who continue to complain despite the fact that the system is set up to reject such applications.
“However, our technical team works around the clock to address issues that will keep the process running smoothly until the last day of application, April 8th.”
NDLEA Latest News on Recruitment Closing Date
The deadline for the ongoing NDLEA recruitment application was extended by one week by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday.
Due to the delay, the online application portal, which started on Sunday, March 12, and was originally planned to close on Saturday, April 8, will now close on Monday, April 17, 2023.
The Director, of Media & Advocacy, NDLEA Headquarters, Femi Babafemi, announced the extension in a statement on Thursday, saying it would allow applicants who were having difficulties with the process to complete their application.
He further stated that the extension was granted by NDLEA Chairman and CEO Brig. Gen. Mohammed Buba Marwa (retd.).
“This will allow applicants who have yet to complete their application process to do so, as well as those who are interested but have yet to sign up to take advantage of the additional days to fill out their application on the portal,” the statement continued.
