Basic Requirements For Citibank Recruitment 2024
- A First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline, as well as an appropriate professional certification or higher degree.
- Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of post-graduation experience, at least 10 of which must have been in the banking sector and at least two of which must have been spent as an assistant general manager.
- Experience in at least three (3) key areas of banking operations, as demonstrated.
- Experience in a financial services company, regulatory organization, legal/consulting firm, or a combination of these, especially in a compliance, legal, or other control-related role.
- Understanding of the national privacy rules and regulations in the hub-managed and West African presence countries.
- Knowledge of offering guidance on and putting into practice workable solutions for privacy/compliance challenges.
