PNPA Entrance Exam 2024 Philippine National Police Academy Exam Requirements

PNPA Entrance Exam 2024: The PNPA Cadetship Program is a scholarship program run by the government. It is a four-year study and training program that leads to a bachelor’s degree in public safety.

To be eligible for the next stage of recruitment, aspirant cadets must pass the PNPA Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT).

Graduates are assigned to the Philippine National Police as Police Lieutenants, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, and the Bureau of Fire Protection.

PNPA Entrance Exam 2024

The online application for the Philippine National Police Academy Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT) Admission Year 2024 for Class 2028 opened on January 20, 2024, and will remain open until July 30, 2024. They will not accept walk-in applications.


Before you begin, you will need scanned copies of the following documents:

  • A. PSA Birth Certificate (front page only and must CLEARLY show your full name, birthdate, mother and father’s name),
  • B. Passport-sized OR 2×2 picture (white background), and
  • C. Accomplished BMI Form (available on our website and Official FB Page, to be accomplished by a LICENSED PHYSICIAN ONLY, government or private).


Before going, determine whether you are qualified to apply.

  • A Filipino citizen by birth;
  • You must be between the ages of 18 and 22 by June 1, 2024.
  • Male or female applicants must be single and have no parenting obligations.
  • At least a Senior High School graduate and/or has satisfactorily completed all graduation requirements by July 30, 2024
  • 5’2″ (157.47 cm) for males and 5’0″ (152.40 cm) for girls;
  • With a weight appropriate for the applicant’s height, gender, and age;
  • Physically and psychologically fit to participate in the Cadetship Program
  • With a decent moral character (no criminal, administrative, or civil negative record); No ongoing complaint and/or case before any tribunal of any kind;
  • Not a past cadet of PNPA or other similar institutes; and
  • Not been fired from any business or government job for cause.

Medical Grounds for Disqualification:

  • Color blindness, nearsightedness/farsightedness with corrected eyeglasses or lenses, nystagmus;
  • Physical Disfigurements As an example, consider bow-leggedness or congenital abnormalities.
  • The perforated eardrum, chronic sinusitis, bleeding tendencies, hemorrhoids, hernia (if untreated), varicocele, and widespread skin diseases are all possible.
  • Heart disease, hypertension, asthma, active PTB, renal and liver illness, epileptic seizure disorders, major procedures; communicable diseases (such as AIDS, Hepatitis, VD, and so on);
  • Upper and lower full dentures Malocclusion, cleft lip and palate Face deformities, etc. Take a bite, Tongue tie, four (4) missing anterior or front teeth, and six (6) missing posterior/molar teeth
  • Ear piercing for males and numerous ear piercing for females; tattoos or other fraternity marks;
  • Females: goiter; pregnancy history; the presence of a breast mass; Menstruation that is painful; any other similar flaws that may impede the Cadetship Training Program.

Phases of Screening

Applicants who pass the PNPACAT will advance to the next round of screening, which will be as follows:

  • Physical Agility Test (PAT);
