Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip fresh graduates with essential skills, industry experience, and leadership capabilities in a dynamic FMCG environment. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training across various departments, gaining a deep understanding of business operations while contributing to organizational growth.
As part of the program, trainees will be mentored by industry experts, undergo intensive learning, and work on real-time projects that challenge and develop their potential.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Key Roles
- Learn and apply technical and operational skills in assigned departments.
- Assist in daily activities while gaining hands-on industry experience.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and innovation-driven projects.
- Work closely with experienced professionals to develop key competencies.
- Adapt to various roles and responsibilities as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational tasks in manufacturing, engineering, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Conduct data analysis and research to improve processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and report performance metrics within the assigned unit.
- Accept deployment to any company location based on business needs.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Graduate Trainee Program 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
✔ Academic Qualification: First Class Honours degree only.
✔ Experience: 0 to 5 years of work experience.
✔ Age Limit: Not more than 30 years old.
✔ Educational Background: B.Eng. or B.Sc. in any of the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Food Technology
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Biotechnology
- Computer Science
✔ NYSC Requirement: Must have completed NYSC (a scanned copy of the discharge certificate must be uploaded).
✔ Other Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Willingness to relocate based on business requirements.
